Overindulgence...

I admit...I overindulge at times.  With my unpredictable schedule, I usually shop on-line.  I rely heavily on measurements provided by shopping websites and my measuring tape is always nearby.  When I saw one of my friends with a cute, sophisticated, and professional dress by ASOS, I was intrigued.  So, I decided to purchase 2 "skater" dresses.  The shipment was delivered quickly, and the best part of all, the dresses fit perfectly!

I loved the fit and material so much...I purchased an additional 6 dresses haha!  A green dress (just like the electric blue, but just a different color) was still on its way...

This feeling of excess also applies to food.  There are times I just want to go to a good steakhouse, but then I soon realize I can make it at home.  I was inspired to make my own steak rub after watching Iron Chef Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America.  It consisted of salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. What's the overindulgence?  Well, I topped (or should I say "bottomed") the steak with a blue cheese/onion sauce inspired by The Pioneer Woman...

My following grocery list:  bone-in rib eye, blue cheese crumbles, heavy cream (just a sin), and a white onion.  Stay tuned...
