Quick and Easy (Part 1)

Quick and easy are two adjectives that should not apply to a person, but they should be applicable to food haha! There are recipes that I rely on during busy days in the hospital and have a limited amount of time in the kitchen. One of those meals centers around my favorite fish...chilean sea bass.  If it is on sale at Whole Foods Market, I will purchase and prepare it the same day or place it my freezer for another time. After eating a hearty meal, like my bone-in rib eye, I NEED to detox with something light...

Here is my following grocery list:  shiitake mushrooms, chilean sea bass, garlic, and baby spinach.
