Breakfast or Dinner??

I really enjoy making dishes that can be eaten for breakfast or dinner.  It saves me a lot of time in the kitchen, which allows more time for studying.  I really try to make dishes that can be prepared under 30 minutes.  Preparing something that can be translated into breakfast AND dinner is a plus!



The trip to California put me in such a good mood that I purchased this bright yellow nail polish, Sally Hansen's Lightening...



Here are the ingredients from Whole Foods Market to continue my cheery mood:  raw jumbo shrimp, potatoes, chorizo, half of an onion, and rainbow chard...
