Deviled Eggs

I remember helping my Mother prepare deviled eggs for family gatherings.  She would allow me to mix the egg yolk contents filled with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, paprika, salt, and pepper.  I recall carefully depositing the contents into each individual egg yolk "cup."  When Dr. Man came home with a carton of beautiful white eggs, I was inspired to make my own version of deviled eggs...



I quickly placed some bacon on a rack to broil in the oven, and rendered the fat...





Some of the bacon was placed into a sandwich bag and settled into the refrigerator overnight...and the rest was put onto a plate for breakfast lol...
