Missing Dr. Man

Like I have stated in my very first post, Dr. Man and I do not live in the same state due to our residency and fellowship requirements.  Our relationship is not ideal, but this situation is only temporary.  Only a small sacrifice for a greater good...a wonderful future.



Dr. Man has enjoyed many of my original dishes; however, he has appreciated others' recipes that I have prepared.  One such dish involves the following ingredients from one of my favorite food bloggers:  bacon, one of my favorite white wines, angel hair pasta, bella mushrooms, green onions...
