Baked Mushrooms
Like I mentioned in my last post, I always have a pack of mushrooms in my fridge at all times. I love all types, and I couldn't resist these gorgeous king oyster mushrooms at H Mart...
I chopped each mushroom into vertical pieces...
In a non-stick pan, I added the mushrooms with a splash of olive oil and sliver of butter. After sauteing for a few minutes, I placed the mushrooms into a oven-safe baking dish. With the oven set at 325 degrees, I placed the foil-covered dish to the rack for approximately 10-15 minutes. I removed the foil and changed the oven setting to broil (low) in order to get a little sear along the edges...

This particular mushroom is so "meaty," it can be eaten on its own with a simple side dish!
